BEFORE YOU BUY CHECKLIST

1) The format of the book is digital. The application that contains your selected title requires a computer running the currently supported version of the WINDOWS operating system. Mac users must run the Windows application via a virtualization program such as Parallels Desktop (sold separately). The books cannot be viewed on a mobile phone, Linux, or ChromeOS.
2) Suitable devices to run the apps are a "Windows-based" laptop ▪ tablet ▪ desktop PC with attached monitor. The resolution of your monitor must be capable of displaying full HD. For readability, it looks great at 1920 x 1080 resolution.
3) The books are available to U.S. customers only. Your mailing address is required to send the Activation Key [USB] which will be shipped to you via USPS.
4) The collection begins with the Renaissance Through the 18th Century. Earlier periods cover an expansive period progressing to two decades grouped together. Beginning with the 1910's in the 20th century, each fashion era is by decade. The series is in a constant state of production and will continue until completed.
5) The academic level and social ma- turity level of the content is suitable for and intended for persons 18 years of age and older. These titles were developed as undergraduate course work for those pursuing a career in the fashion industry.

Choosing a Fashion Era:

The Evolution of Fashion is a series collection that begins with the Renaissance. Each fashion era is a separate book app. When you cick on the buy link, all available titles will be visible.

Buy-to-Own:

Each individual title is $59.50. You have the option to bundle 3 fashion eras of your choosing for substantial savings. Or, you can buy all available titles as a set and save 40%.

Lease / Borrow a Book:

Leasing is a great way to try it out before investing in a permanent book for your home library or when you have a special research project. The cost to lease is $16.95 for 14
views within 14 days (whichever comes first).

NOTE: You must have a Fashion ID and USB Activation Key to lease a book. If you don't, first buy a Library Card for which you will pay a one-time cost of $25.00. This allows you to borrow any other title in the collection thereafter.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED

You will receive confirmation of your purchase transaction from [mailer@fastspring.com] with a link where you will go to download your book(s). You can download the setup onto all your compatible devices (PC, laptop, tablet). The download must be completed within 7 days of your purchase.

Meanwhile, your USB Activation Key will be processed. When it has shipped, you will receive an email from [fashion-books@fashionmerchandisingonline.com]. Processing time is typically within 1-3 business days of your order. The shipment date along with tracking information will be included in this email.

ACTIVATION AND LICENSE KEY INFORMATION

The USB must be plugged in to open and read your book. The book is not stored on the USB, but the USB must be inserted into your device to activate the license. Your Activation Key works with all your chosen devices but with only one of your devices at a time.

ONE ACTIVATION KEY FOR ALL YOUR BOOKS

The USB Activation Key serves as a license activator which is unique to your first book and any future books you buy or lease. Once you have your USB Key, there is no waiting for postal delivery thereafter. Subsequent orders will only require a license for each new book which is emailed to you.
